Dear fellow citizens!
I am glad to send my Christmas greetings to you. This holiday is the brightest in the constellation of winter holidays and the highest landmark in the Christian chronology.
From time immemorial it comes to the people, to their hearts, families and abodes with the dawn of every year. As an everburning symbol of life and revival, as the Blessing for further way with the parting words to pass it with dignity and honesty, peace, kindness and integrity.
Across the times and distances, the star that sparked over our planet two millennia ago will serve as an eternal guide to us and our posterity. Despite all the ordeals of destiny and history, it will prophesy the triumph of commandments of Christ.
